Where can I find your shop?

 

Our shop is located in a historical monument called "De Bollenschuur" in Voorschoten, The Netherlands. The cities of Leiden and The Hague are nearby. We have a free parking.

 

We present our collection in an area of ​​500 square meters. Our showgarden covers an area of ​​1500 square meters.

 

How will my order be delivered?

 

Products up to 10kg will be delivered by TNT Post. From 10kg the product will be delivered by Transmission. The delivery will be done according to your wishes by arrangement.

 

How do I pay for the ordered products?

 

On our website you can pay with creditcard, Paypal or bank transfer.

 

What are the delivery times?

 

We can usually deliver from our stock. If the product is not on stock, the delivery time is 4/5 weeks. After your order, we will contact you to make an appointment. You can also pick up the order yourself in Voorschoten.

 

What about warranty services on products?

 

We generally give three years warranty on Tolix products. If this warranty is different, then this is indicated on our website.

 

Do you also offer project management / FF&E?

 

We have a lot of experience in project management of restaurants and cafe's. We can provide the complete outdoor/indoor equipment for you, from terraces to external lighting and planters. You can request a free offer for your project.
